The past May 22, 2021 took place in Aticco Madrid the third edition of “We are Music Industry”, which discussed the importance of creating a community and the art of networking alongside teamwork.
The event began with a round table moderated by Nicolás Castro and Alex Montoya and formed by the illustrator Tatiana Restrepo, the deputy director of Must Producciones and creator of the #YoMeQuedoEnCasa festival, Franchejo Blázquez and Liven Céspedes, Production Manager, Tour Manager and Partner of Apporte. In it we were able to learn the importance of inventing, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes but, above all, having fun. As an example of community we were able to talk about the festival #YoMeQuedoEnCasa, which is about to reach 4 and a half million views and more than 300 thousand followers on Instagram.
Another objective of this roundtable was to give visibility to professionals in the organisation and management of the entertainment sector, promoting the dissemination of good practices in the sector and generating shared knowledge about the profession.
Once the first session was over, the event continued with the Be Plus round table formed by the businessman, writer and speaker Cipri Quintas, the Community Builder Events of Aticco Madrid, Ornella Marconi, Román Mosteiro, singer, Partner & CEO of Grupo Silk, José Luis Sena, CEO & Co Founder of Oblack and Margarita Álvarez, President of Working for Happiness and one of the 100 most influential women in our country.
Moderators Nicolás Castro and Alex Montoya, together with the speakers, got the attendees to share their experiences to help them socialize successfully. In life, what you do is important, but also who you do it with. Happiness is not about focusing on material things; objects do not return hugs. Another of the lessons we take away when networking is to create products with soul, with a mission, that contribute to society, to become black sheep that add value.
Finally, all the guests and speakers were able to enjoy the DJ SET formed by Freddy Bello and Brio on the terrace, toasting with a cocktail by Redbull and Mahou putting into practice everything they had learned during the sessions.
