Her real name is Patricia Torres, she is 35 years old and 10 years ago she left her homeland and her family to move to Ibiza to pursue her dream of making it in electronic music. After a decade of constant work, always self-taught, her sound has finally exploded during the pandemic thanks to several songs that have made her a viral phenomenon in the United States.

Her first hit was released exactly one year ago. It's called 'Who are you?' and this past summer it was played on dance floors all over the world. It was played in the sessions of world-class DJs such as Tiësto, Diplo, Pete Tong and Jax Jones. “My sound started to take off when I stopped pigeonholing myself and started making the music I wanted. For me, producing is a hobby. I'm obsessed with music. Just like other people play PlayStation, my hobby is making music. I've been 100% focused on making my dream come true for many years and I've had to pay the price of leaving my family in Malaga. I still can't quite believe that I'll be at Coachella,” she explains.

Miane announced to perform in Coachella in DJ set format on Saturdays 16 and 23 April. She will have the honour of representing Spain, following the path that Rosalía opened in the 2019 edition. At the Californian festival she shares the bill with superstars such as Billie Eilish, Flume, Stromae or Disclosure. DJ will also perform at the event Spanish Paco Osuna and the Madrid indie girlband Cariño.

The hype that Miane raises in North America goes beyond CoachellaThe Malaga native will make a wide tour across the United States and Canada this spring-summer, with performances in festivals such as CRSSD (San Diego), Osheaga Fest (Montreal), HARD Summer (Los Angeles), Shambahala (British Columbia), Elements (Pennsylvania) and ARC (Chicago).
