«Daily Hardcore» premieres in Madrid on March 4th with a Live led by Samuel Kerridge based on his latest album “Kick to kill”
The first Daily Hardcore event will be held at Sala Muv on March 4th. Behind this new event there is a group of people with diverse artistic tastes and certain tendencies towards nocturnal rituals of dubious legality.
“In a city like Madrid, any promoter who bets on cult music and artists is doomed to failure. That is why it exists, because few are going to take these risks.”
The poster is designed by Mario Frías aka TKNS, designer by day, bakala by night.
“Daily Hardcore is stillborn”
For this first event they have the new live performance of the Mancunian Samuel Kerridge, based on their latest album “Kick to kill”. In his music we can appreciate very varied influences ranging from The Fall to Sunn O)), passing through Autechre or Godflesh, which Samuel has known how to adapt perfectly to create his own very marked style. Always searching for the limits of sound, his productions have been published on labels such as: Downwards Records, Blueprint, Horizontal Ground and its own stamp Contort.
Their live performances are characterized by an overwhelming sound wave, which subjects the spectator to sensory hyperstimulation, constantly pushing the boundaries between rhythm and noise to the maximum.
The night will continue Muted, co-creator of the Trauma stamp, which has been around for a number of events and vinyl releases. Muted will delight you with a story of ups and downs framed in vinyl.
They will also have the Valencian Lucia Gea for the closing, member of the infamous Fat Club.
The companions of the collective Raw and also lovers, Neurite and Irazu, will prepare the Warm Up to Kerridge.
