12 pieces, a complete work

Composed of 12 original cuts, Ars Moriendi unfolds a narrative where rhythmic brutality coexists with moments of melodic introspection. The result is an almost alchemical balance between aggression and elegance, which expands SlugoS's language toward new sensibilities without abandoning its characteristic forcefulness.

This album is more than a collection of songs. It's a spiritual journey that reflects the artist's inner world, a dialogue between body and soul that can be listened to from beginning to end or in reverse.

Forcefulness and sensitivity are not opposites

The album combines Distorted techno, dissonant structures and IDM passages, articulating a proposal that challenges the conventions of the genre. With a more refined and accessible sound palette, Ars Moriendi opens the door to new audiences without sacrificing its radical essence.

“Ars Moriendi is the result of these last few years of exploring and refining my sound. It's a very personal work that, from its conception, is designed to work both on the dance floor and for leisurely listening at home from start to finish.”

In a context where musical intensity often dispenses with nuances, Ars Moriendi It is presented as a work that demonstrates that forcefulness is not at odds with sensitivity. With this release, Caedite Eos —the label founded by SlugoS— consolidates its position as one of the The most visionary projects of current hard techno.
