Kerrie returns to Tresor Records with her second EP – Echoes of the Live Wire
Irish techno producer Kerrie returns to Tresor Records with her highly anticipated second EP, Echoes of the Live Wire. This collection captures the fleeting beauty of live performance, freezing moments that will never be repeated.

Memory as the Central Theme of the EP
Echoes of the Live Wire explores how intense moments in life —both joyful and painful— are crystallized in memory. Kerrie’s work delves into multiple meanings: Live Wire draws connections between electronic circuits and the human nervous system, while also playing with the different meanings of the word “live.”
Highlighted Tracks and Detroit Sounds
The title track, Echoes of Channels, channels influences from classic Detroit techno, resonating with the hum of memories that refuse to fade. Moment to Memory is a beatless composition that floats and gradually builds to an ecstatic climax, showcasing Kerrie’s ability to evoke deep emotional landscapes.

Digital Bonus Tracks: Recircuit and Reclaim
The digital bonus tracks, Recircuit and Reclaim, expand the conceptual depth of the techno EP. Recircuit is minimal and progressive techno, while Reclaim delivers cathartic intensity with vulnerability, reflecting the duality of memory and human emotion.
A Meditative and Emotional Project
Echoes of the Live Wire presents memory as a complex force where joy and pain coexist. Kerrie’s creative process becomes a meditative act, using machines and synthesizers to process, reflect, and release emotions. The result is a body of work that loops back on itself, telling the story of fleeting moments and their lasting emotional imprints.
